This is a quick and easy tool to calculate the monthly installment of loan, based on user defined loan amount, tenor and interest rate. Breakdown of each month's payment is also available.
Investment gain or loss can also be calculated assuming purchase, sale price and monthly rental.
Currently English, Korean and Chinese language are supported.
