MasterBiga is a useful tool supporting the preparation doughs with the biga. The app Masterbiga provides the timing and way to prepare the perfect biga to be used in the dough. The idea was born for the union of the experiences of a doughs' technician, a pizza chef and a researcher with the idea to make smarter the baking sector.
