What is the Lemco app application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of Lemco, Lemco app is a Tools app on the Android platform. There is currently a 1.0.8 version released on Aug 01, 2017, you can see the details below.

Use the app's intuitive user interface to manage, adjust and monitor all LEMCO Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Requirements:
Android 4.4.2 or later
Bluetooth 4.0 or newer phone/tablet
Caution: Compatibility may vary if Android is older than v5.1

Permissions:
Bluetooth
Coarse location (required for Bluetooth Low Energy)
Internet (for access to online help & firmware updates)
External storage (for storing custom device profiles and user options)

Supported Bluetooth devices:
HDMOD-4 (DVB-T high definition digital television modulator)
