What is the Offline Map for Trip Lt. application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of GIMIN Studio, Offline Map for Trip Lt. is a Travel & Local app on the Android platform. There is currently a 1.5.7 version released on Nov 25, 2017, you can see the details below.
