To activate the keyboard theme follow the instructions bellow.
1. Install and start Neon Fire Dragon Animated Keyboard + Live Wallpaper
2. Click "Apply theme" button. You'll be redirected to the theme manager and the theme will be applied.
3. Congratulations, you have installed and activated the keyboard theme

To activate the live wallpaper install the Wave Live Wallpaper app and follow the on screen instructions.
