According to the introduction of Bell Canada, Bell Fibe TV is a Video Players & Editors app on the Android platform. There is currently a 7.6.1.24010 version released on Feb 20, 2020, you can see the details below.

The Fibe TV app allows Fibe, Alt, and Satellite TV clients to enjoy their TV content anywhere.
