What is the OrangeTee application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of ORANGETEE, OrangeTee is a Business app on the Android platform. There is currently a 2.4.5 version released on Aug 27, 2017, you can see the details below.

OrangeTee app provides various modules for its members, namely Project Information, Caveat Search, HDB Transaction Search, Rental Indication, Snap & Post and Financial Calculator.
Non-members can access the modules of Property Search, Open House, Project Launches, Research, Training, Career and About Us. The app also allows members of the public to connect with OrangeTee Facebook account.
Project Information allows for retrieval of overview information, site plan and floor plan, unit information together with their respective past transacted prices as well as the facilities available for both residential and commercial projects.
The Caveat module provides for caveated information of residential, commercial as well as industrial projects and also allows for retrieval of OrangeTee's in-house transactions.
HDB Transaction Search allows for retrieval of information, both OrangeTee's in-house as well as HDB, pertaining to transacted HDB apartments in various estates and towns.
Rental information pertaining to a sea of projects is made available via the Rental Indication module.
Snap & Post allows members of OrangeTee to list a property for sale or rent with the capability to upload a stream of photos of the particular property.
Financial Calculator is a tool to help OrangeTee's members to compute the TDSR, Asset-Based Lending, Seller Stamp Duty and Buyer Stamp Duty for their clients in view of all the new rules and regulations implemented by the Singapore government.
Property Search allows for searches of private apartments, HDB flats, landed properties and business space property postings by OrangeTee's members for the purpose of co-broking.
Open House is a marketing tool to help members of OrangeTee in their sales of properties.
Project Launches showcases all residential, business space and overseas projects which OrangeTee takes pride in marketing.
The Research module provides insights into the real estate datatrend and excerpts of the latest real estate property news while you are on the move.
All training courses offered by OrangeTee, both CPD and training courses for core and non-core, their respective course schedules as well as OrangeTee pool of professional trainers are made available via our Training module.
