What is the HKiPort Barge application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of OnePort Limited, HKiPort Barge is a Maps & Navigation app on the Android platform. There is currently a 2.2 version released on May 28, 2019, you can see the details below.

HKiPort Barge is an operation system for Bargemen to report to Kwai Tsing Terminals on their arrival of Hong Kong Water. Kwai Tsing Terminals’ Barge Centre will arrange and advise the berthing time of the barge call accordingly.
