What is the m365 DownG application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of CamiAlfa, m365 DownG is a Tools app on the Android platform. There is currently a 15 version released on Jun 22, 2019, you can see the details below.

App to send firmware to M365 Scooter over bluetooth, it includes all official firmwares available over internet. It allows downgrade.
