每當上下學時間，學校附近的的交通總是壅塞，尤其坐落於巷弄間的幼兒園、托兒所。家長不但要花時間預先等待，更要煩惱交通的不便。然而，學校也因此要話更多人事資源，處理接送與交通問題。

學員接送服務系統，學校可隨時得知即將到校的家長，並更有效率的縮短學童接送時間，節省學校人事資源，並間接改善學校附近交通。
