What is the LWP Settings Shortcut application, how does it work?

According to the introduction of Cypher Cove, LWP Settings Shortcut is a Personalization app on the Android platform. There is currently a 1.2 version released on Jun 23, 2014, you can see the details below.

This is an icon that opens the settings for whatever live wallpaper is currently running. Move a copy of it from the app drawer to the home screen to use it as a shortcut to tweak your live wallpaper settings.

It's called "LW Settings" in the app drawer.
