Grimaldi Auto è una società per azioni e nasce nel 1983 per volontà di Onofrio Grimaldi, attuale presidente. Oggi è una realtà commerciale che consta di 2 strutture tra le provincie di Pavia e Milano, rappresenta ufficialmente come concessionaria il marchio SKODA ed è specializzata nel remarketing di vetture KM ZERO, aziendali e dirigenziali.
Nel post vendita le strutture Grimaldi Auto rappresentano i marchi VOLKSWAGEN e SKODA.
L'azienda è certificata ISO 9001 dal 2001.
