The My BASE app is only accessible for BASE customers via the BASE network or via Wi-Fi. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

We keep on improving the new BASE app. When topping up your phone you will now get a complete view of the different bonuses you receive with your top-up, you can now also pay the BASE invoice of someone else by selecting a number from your contacts. We also enhanced the user experience of some services and fixed a limited number of bugs.
