Uno Champions game general principles put it into the Crazy Eights family of card games, and it is similar to the traditional European card game Mau-Mau.

The aim of Uno Champions is to be the first player to play all of cards in your hand.

The deck consists of 108 cards:
19 red card, two of each card numbred from 0 to 9 ;
19 green card, two of each card numbred from 0 to 9 ;
19 yellow card, two of each card numbred from 0 to 9 ;
19 blue card, two of each card numbred from 0 to 9 ;
8 cards draw two (2 of each color : red, green, yellow, blue) ;
8 reverse cards (2 of each color : red, green, yellow, blue) marked by two intertwined arrows ;
8 Skip cards (2 of each color : red, green, yellow, blue) marked by interdiction symbol;
4 Joker named Wild ;
4 Super Joker : Wild + Draw four.
- Skip, Draw Two, and Reverse are action cards (or special cards).

To start, seven cards are dealt to each player, and the top card of the remaining deck is flipped over and set aside to begin the discard pile.

On your turn, you must:
play one card matching the discard in color or number;
play a Wild card;
Or draw the top card from the deck.
