Echo is a registered pharmacy that is free to use. We cover all delivery charges, which means there’s no extra cost to you or to the NHS.

We accept all NHS exemptions and prepayment certificates. If you pay for your NHS prescriptions, you’ll have to pay the standard NHS charge.

Our team is made up of GPHC registered pharmacists who process your medicine by hand. Each box is checked seven times by our dedicated team before it gets posted to you.

Delivery to your preferred address
We’ll confirm your order with your GP and deliver your prescription to your chosen delivery address, at home, work or to a neighbour. You can also collect your prescription from one of 10,000 collection points nationwide.

Letterbox friendly packaging
A majority of medicine arrives in letterbox friendly packaging. For bulkier medicine, like cold-chain or controlled items, you can get it delivered to an address convenient to you or collect it from one of 10,000 collection points.

Discreet, eco-friendly packaging
Echo delivers your medicine in discreet packaging that’s tamper-proof and 100% recyclable.

Royal Mail delivery service
We send all packages with Royal Mail using their 24-hour or 48-hour delivery service, which means there’s no need to sign for your mail.

Does your medicine need to be kept chilled?
No problem. In order to do this safely, we send all chilled (or cold-chain) medication with signed-for Royal Mail 24. We pack each box using Woolcool insulation.

Family medicine management
You can manage your family’s medicine with Echo and have it delivered to an address of your choice. This includes managing medicine for older parents, children under 18 and wee babies.

Smart medicine reminders
When you receive your medicine, we send you reminders for when and how to take it, helping you to stay on track.
