Using Cloud Cafeteria Manager will help you to manage your employees and/or your café or cafeteria requests from different served items.
With cloud base application you will be able to access your data from different devices and with real time monitoring option, no data loss, all of your data are secured and backed up.

We have customize it for you!.
Hamburger items are controlled by user rights in Manage Users!

How to Use:
Simply after registration we will be able to enter information such as:
Manage Items:
Contains three tabs each tab contains add new or edit existent or delete existent.
- Category. (Food, Beverage, etc.) The Limit is your imagination.
- Sub-Category. (Main Course, Desserts, Appetizers, Hot Drinks, Soft Drinks, etc.)
- Items (Beef Burger, Pinna, chicken, etc.)
Note: Item Price Not included Tax or Extra Charges.
Manage Stores:
Automatically we will create the store name based on your registration cafeteria name, and you will add the floors and table numbers, these will be used for dine inn availability!
- Floors (First Floor, Garden, Open Air, etc.)
- Tables (Table 1, Table 2, corner table, Manger Table, etc.)
Settings:
- Cafeteria Logo.
- Tax Percentage. (If any)
- extra Charges. (If any)
- Currency Symbol (default USD)

- Kitchen Received Status only.
As the application designed to have two Status of Kitchen are (Received and ready) if you need to remove the received status, then all items in the kitchen will be defaulted to received and will be waiting for ready status.
- Remove Kitchen from Menu.
Here the Kitchen will be removed from menu and all requests will be ready by default and waiting for delivery.
- Manage stock Of Items.
Will enable tracking of item stock on hand.
Note: this will enable adding stock on hand in item creation/edit.
- Enable Negative Stock.
This will enable item deduction even if there is no sock to cover!


Menu (self-service): will enable your access to "Items - Favorites - Cart" Tabs, and will help you if you run a staff canteen and need your staff to order items to be delivered to them at their location (office or cafeteria location)
- Items Tab
includes all the categories and sub-categories plus the items on then
- Favorites Tab
include all the items you have define as your favorite item.
- Cart Tab
include the items you have added to cart and possibility to increase quantity or deleting items from cart and sure place an order.
Note: Order notifications are generated to requester, kitchen and delivery.

Dine Inn (Order Taker): will enable your order taker to create orders for table and send orders to kitchen then handle the table payment (Need Cashier right to do so).
Will include store, floor and tables in each floor
When pressing any table icon, the items, cart and payment will be available to your order taker.

- Items

include the items you have added to cart and possibility to increase quantity or deleting items from cart and sure place an order.

- Payment Tab
check current orders for this table and you can process payment from it if user have (cashier right).

Orders:
Will enable customer in self-service to track their orders, and it contain two tabs ( Open Orders - History )
